Todays Blog comes from something that Rhett wrote for the teenagers, but I thought it was really good for all of us. Great word Rhett!

Isaiah 40:28-29 (The Message)

God doesn't come and go. God lasts. He is creator of all you can see or imagine. He doesn't get tired out, doesn't pause to catch His breath. And He knows everything, inside and out. He energizes those who get tired, gives fresh strength to dropouts.

What an incredible verse to think about throughout the day. To sum up this verse, God is everything we could ever need and is on our side. I love the last part of this verse where it says he energizes those who get tired and gives fresh strength to the dropouts. I don't know about you, but there are times that life just sucks the energy right out of me. I have to ask God to re-energize me so I can continue, and you know what? He is faithful to do exactly that! We serve a God who loves us and is never going to leave us. Today if you feel alone, remember that God is walking with you and ready to give you everything you need in order to make it today. Hold your head high today!

Awesome word, Rhett.
I've definitely needed to rely on God this week for strength. When I try to juggle it all I get so fatigued (spiritually AND physically). But like you said, He's always faithful to revive us as long as we're faithful to call upon Him! Thank goodness for His continued grace, mercy, forgiveness and love!
